Why Healthcare? I’ve been surrounded by health professionals my entire life. I got really excited of medicine because of them and got pumped about research. Research is what kept me going into medicine and eventually into Hopkins school of medicine. Scale is what I like most about research. You discover something, you make a new treatment and the scale of impact you can have in few years is incredible.

Setbacks that you learned from: Despite of what the market is saying at that time, we wasted a lot of time building sophisticated technology which is now proving to be useful but at that time wasn’t commercially successful because what the market wanted is just the best content and best distribution.
Proudest leadership moments: We’ve proven that we can grow to a certain amount of scale remotely and get everyone wrapped up in our mission.
