Why healthcare? I was thinking of becoming a doctor but I realized I can do much better working outside medical space but close to it. I took Medical Engineering degree and masters in Medical Informatics. I also took other courses focusing on information retrieval, IT, analytics and big data analysis and hospital data.

How have you created results by doing things differently? Analyze the hype around big data and what is the reality. Approach that starts small and focus on specific issues that are happening now. Go to the field and talk to people.

Setbacks that you learned from: Be careful about choosing your suppliers, build relationship of trust. Try to do proof of concept – don’t deliver the final concept.

Exciting Project: Deep learning – deep patient vision, capturing 2,000 variables every hour.
