How much is doing nothing costing you?  How many competitors are thinking ahead and leaving you behind?  How many of your employees and patients are checking out other options?  Can you clearly articulate a vision and call on a network to help you deliver on your patient or customer challenges?  The silos in healthcare may already be costing you a great deal.
